My overall responsibility is to serve as the strategic interface with assigned business units or functional area for the purpose of business technology strategy development, solution discovery, service management, risk management, and relationship management.
As an IT director of technology, my set of responsibilities include overseeing the infrastructure of technical operations, tracking the technology itself as well as the IT team in order to achieve goals, meet quotas, eliminate security risks, increase user satisfaction, and maintaining operations and systems.
