Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you may not access the Service.


When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for all activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately in writing upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

Nothing on our Website should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel or otherwise, any license or right to use any Intellectual Property displayed or used on our Website, without the prior written permission of the Intellectual Property owner. Freelancers.sg aggressively enforces its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent of the law.

The names and logos of Freelancers.sg, may not be used in any way, including in advertising or publicity pertaining to distribution of materials on our Website, without prior, written permission from Freelancers.sg. Freelancers.sg prohibits use of any logo of Freelancers.sg or any of its affiliates as part of a link to or from any website unless Freelancers.sg approves such link in advance and in writing. Fair use of our Intellectual Property requires proper acknowledgment. Other product and company names mentioned in our Website may be the Intellectual Property of their respective owners.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Freelancers.sg.

Freelancers.sg has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party websites or services that you visit.

Content Disclaimer

Postings on our Website are made at such times as Freelancers.sg determines in its discretion. You should not assume that the information contained in our Website has been updated or otherwise contains current information. Freelancers.sg does not review past postings to determine whether they remain accurate and information contained in such postings may have been superseded.

The information and materials in our website are provided for your review in accordance with the notices, terms and conditions set forth herein. These materials are not guaranteed or represented to be complete, correct or up to date. These materials may be changed from time to time without notice.

Advertising and Sponsorship Policy

Part of the Freelancers.sg Website may contain advertising and sponsorship. Advertisers and sponsors are responsible for ensuring that material submitted for inclusion in the Freelancers.sg Website complies with relevant laws and codes.
Freelancers.sg reserves the right to refuse to run any advertisement that, in our sole discretion, is not suitable for publication in Freelancers.sg website.
Freelancers.sg will not be responsible to you or your company for any error or inaccuracy in advertising and sponsorship material.


Freelancers.sg shall not be liable for any loss of information caused as a result of any interruption, suspension or termination of Freelancers.sg Services or for Freelancers.sg content, accuracy or quality of information available or transmitted through Freelancers.sg Services.
You acknowledge and agree that it is not Freelancers.sg’s policy to exercise editorial control over and to edit or amend any data or contents of any emails or posting or any information that may be inserted or made available or transmitted to or from a third party in or through Freelancers.sg Website and/or Freelancers.sg Services.


You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Freelancers.sg owners, employees and volunteers, harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to your use of our Website or any Contracts or Services you purchase through it.


We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.


We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 15 days’ notice prior to any new Terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.



Additional Terms Applicable to Freelance Employers

Employer warrants that any employer materials provided by employer for use in connection with Freelancers.sg services will not violate any national or local laws or regulations or third-party proprietary rights, including, without limitation, copyright, trade mark, obscenity, rights or publicity or privacy, and defamation laws.
Employers of freelancers are solely responsible for the employer materials on Freelancers.sg Website. Freelancers.sg is not to be considered an employer with respect to your use of Freelancers.sg Website. Freelancers.sg shall not be responsible for any hiring decision made by any entity posting jobs on Freelancers.sg Website or using our Services.
Employer materials may not contain:-
–        misleading, unreadable, or “hidden” keywords, repeated keywords or keywords that are irrelevant to the freelance job opportunity being presented;
–        names, logos or trademarks of unaffiliated companies;
–        inaccurate, false, or misleading information; and
–        material or links to material that is discriminatory, sexually explicit, obscene, libelous, defamatory, threatening, harassing, abusive, or hateful, or solicits personal information from anyone under the age of 16.
You may not use your employer materials to:-
–        post jobs in a manner that does not comply with applicable national and local laws, including, but not limited to laws relating to freelance work, data privacy, data access and use, and intellectual property;
–        sell, promote or advertise products or services;
–        post any pyramid scheme or multi-level marketing opportunity;
–        promote any opportunity that does not represent bona fide freelance work; and
–        advertise sexual services or seek freelancers for jobs of a sexual nature.
When hiring freelancers in Singapore, please ensure that you and your company comply with Singapore’s legislations and regulations. Freelancers.sg is not responsible for any of your or your company’s freelance hiring decisions, actions, contracts or outcomes. All negotiations, contractual agreements and disputes are between you/your company and your selected freelancers.
Your company is responsible for checking the identity (e.g. NRIC) and the freelancer’s work eligibility (e.g. minimum age), before any of the freelancers commences work with your company.
You may not request freelancers to pay deposits, placement fees, processing fees or any other similar fees, directly or indirectly, or require freelancers to make purchases.
Freelancers.sg is under no obligation to monitor the employer materials on Freelancers.sg website, but we may monitor the employer materials at random.
Freelancers.sg reserves the right to remove any employer materials or content from any Freelancers.sg website, which does not comply with our Terms, or if any content is posted that we believe is not in the interest of Freelancers.sg.
If any time during your use of the Freelancers.sg Services, you made a misrepresentation of fact to Freelancers.sg or otherwise misled Freelancers.sg in regards to the nature of your business activities or breach the Terms, Freelancers.sg may terminate your use of the Freelancers.sg Services and in such event, any payment made by you or your company shall be forfeited.
You understand and acknowledge that if you cancel your account or your account is terminated, all your account information from Freelancers.sg, will be marked as “deleted” and may be deleted from Freelancers.sg databases. Your postings on Freelancers.sg Website will also be deleted.

Additional Terms Applicable to Freelancers

Freelancers.sg grants you a limited, terminable, non-exclusive right to access and use Freelancers.sg website only for your personal use, seeking freelance opportunities for yourself. This authorizes you to view and download Freelancers.sg content or material on Freelancers.sg website solely for your personal use.
When you register with Freelancers.sg Website, you will be asked to create an account and provide Freelancers.sg with information including a valid email address. Please validate your email address, before usage of Freelancers.sg Website.
Any Freelancers.sg profile you submit must be accurate, complete, up to date and not misleading. You may not impersonate another person, living or dead.
You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for the form, content and accuracy of any Freelancers.sg profile or resume or material placed by you on the Freelancers.sg Website.
You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for any consequences arising from such posting.
Freelancers.sg reserves the right to offer third party services and products to you based on the preferences that you identify in your registration and at any time thereafter or you have agreed to receive, such offers may be made by Freelancers.sg or by third parties.
Freelancers.sg may collect certain user information and may contact users periodically in accordance with the terms of the Privacy Policy. In addition, Freelancers.sg reserves the right to comply with requests from law enforcement agencies or government entities. Such compliance may require disclosure of certain user information. In addition, third parties may retain cached copies of user information.
You understand and acknowledge that all information provided by you, your Freelancers.sg profile, resume, and/or account information shall be disclosed to prospective freelance employers.
You understand and acknowledge that you have no ownership rights in your account and that if you cancel your Freelancers.sg account or your Freelancers.sg account is terminated, all your account information from Freelancers.sg will be marked as “deleted” and may be deleted from Freelancers.sg databases. In addition, third parties may retain saved copies of your information.
Freelancers.sg reserves the right to delete your account and all of your information after a significant duration of inactivity. The duration shall be determined by Freelancers.sg.
